Granola Smoothie Bowl

Spring is approaching and what better way to celebrat than with a lovely smoothie bowl recipe. This one has a hint of cinnamon and tastes like granola.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 fozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp raw organic pumpkin seed protein by Yupik
  • 3/4 cup oat milk (or any other nut milk)

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture. Put in a bowl and garnish with granola, fruit, cocoa nibs wrapped in Yupik dark chocolate and Yupik pecans.
